Course Description

The course "Design of woodworking enterprises" is the final discipline in the preparation of engineer - technologist of woodworking and based on the knowledge gained in the study of general engineering, economic and special disciplines.
The purpose of the course - training of future specialists in designing woodworking enterprises, study design process companies based on rational and complex use of forest resources, improve product quality, increase productivity on the basis of safety and environmental production.
The objective of discipline is to study the methodological and organizational bases of industrial buildings, bases of technological processes in the production, composition and volume of design work, methods of implementation, the main part of the project - the standard documentation, bases aided design, graduate design features and design fundamentals service shops.
Discipline is the theoretical basis for the study of relevant disciplines specialties "Technologies of woodworking", " Equipment of industry", execution of course and diploma projects and activities, developing scientific thinking and cognitive activity of the student determines the student's training in woodworking engineering.

Для успішного продовження подальшого навчання та отримання оцінки «задовільно», що відповідає мінімальним вимогам до знань з дисципліни «Деревинознавство» студент повинен знати:
- Макро- і мікроскопічну будову деревини і кори
- Відмінності в будові хвойних, листяних кільцесудинних і розсіяносудинних порід;
- Анатомічні елементи деревини хвойних і листових порід;
- Основні породи деревини, що виростають на території України;
- Характеристика груп і окремих видів вад;
- Хімічні властивості деревини
- Фізичні властивості деревини (Зовнішній вигляд деревини: колір, блиск, текстура, макроструктура);
- Впливвологи на физико-механічні властивості деревини;

Після вивчення дисципліни для отримання оцінки "задовільно", що відповідає мінімальним вимогам до вмінь з дисципліни "Деревинознавство" та успішного продовження подальшого навчання студент повинен вміти:
– визначати породу деревини по її зовнішньому вигляду;
– визначати основні породи по їх мікроскопічній будові;
– проводити випробування деревини з метою визначення показників основних физико-механічних властивостей деревини;
– розпізнавати і визначати вади деревини.

Near 150-200 years ago people didn’t know airplanes, automobiles, electricity. There was even invented gas lamp. In relatively short period of time has huge number of things, which now consists of twenty million.
The main factor which are influencing on process of inventive human activities. From the moment when the person has in hand annealing or stone and made from them their instruments of labor took several million years.
The whole journey was long struggle for human survival. Man won this fight by human creativity. Creativity is the main difference between man and animal. This creativity emerged in the long struggle and became a hereditary basis and is transmitted from parents to children.
Typically the way a creative person leads daily work. In the workplace born idea how to facilitate and make more efficient.
For display of creativity to some circumstances that for many never would follow. One is the need to even need tough, anything to solve a particular problem.

The wood is durable and lightweight material with good thermal insulation and vibration damping properties, easy processing cutting, holds metal fasteners, has good decorative features and unique resonant capacity. Unlike oil, coal and gas timber refers to recoverable natural resources that warrant its widespread use in the future.
Set of information on the structure of wood, its chemical, physical and mechanical properties as well as the features of various species of wood processing includes such discipline as physical-chemical foundations of woodworking. Rely on it during subsequent discipline wood specialties which give information of technology of wood processing industries.
To study of students with the basics of all these processes and focus on the basics of the discipline studied processes and wood technologies, as result of which the students have to study properties of the treated wood on the processes of its processing in wide range of woodworking industries.

Course Description

The purpose of teaching: theoretical foundations forming tolerances and landings, roughness, form accuracy, knowledge main metrological parameters and structure measuring to main recommendations regarding the appointment of field tolerance to different types of connections in mechanisms to calculate dimensional teach. Basic concept of structure and standardization system in Ukraine and practical use. Theoretical and practical knowledge in the discipline allows students to design components and mechanisms.
The main objective of standardization is to create the system of legal and technical documentation that promotes progressive requirements for products designed to the needs of the economy, population, defense, state, and provides control over their observance.
The purpose of standardization is to implement a unified technical policy in the field of standardization, metrology; consumer protection and the state; providing quality products based on advances in science and technology, interoperability and reliability of products, rational use of resources and improve technical and economic indices of production, the competitive ability of products and access to the global market introduction of modern manufacturing and information technology.
Discipline is the theoretical basis for the study of relevant disciplines specialties "Machine parts", "Mechanical Engineering", execution of course and diploma projects and activities, developing scientific thinking and cognitive activity of the student determines the student's training in engineering.
